Abstract
The invention relates to the production of alcohol, namely to a distillation plant for the production of crude alcohol, wine distillate and rectified ethyl alcohol.The plant, according to the invention, comprises a distillation column (2) with 6 plates, mounted on a distillation cube (1) and equipped with a condenser (8) for the fusel oil, connected by a pipeline system to a rectifying column (3) with 48 plates, equipped with a reflux condenser (4), a condenser (5), a refrigerator (6), a counter for the liquid (14), as well as a test glass for the alcohol (7). The plant also comprises valves (11) (12) for directing the alcohol vapors from the distillation column (2) and, respectively, from the rectifying column (3) into the reflux condenser (4), valves (13) (18) for directing the reflux from the reflux condenser (4) into the distillation column (2) and, respectively, from the rectifying column (3) into the distillation column (2), a valve (16) for directing the alcohol vapors from the distillation column (2) into the lower part of the rectifying column (3), and valves (19, 20, 24) for regulating the circulation between the condenser (5), refrigerator (6) and distillation (2) and rectifying (3) columns, a pump (17) for reflux return into the distillation column (2), a tank ( 9) for fusel oil, a tank (21) for ester-aldehyde fraction, a tank (15) for wine distillate, a tank (22) for crude alcohol and a tank (23) for rectified ethyl alcohol.The result consists in decreasing the production floor space and the possibility of producing a wide range of alcoholic beverages.
