Abstract
The invention relates to the production of alcohol, namely to an installation for obtaining grape rectified ethyl alcohol.The installation, according to the invention, includes, connected by a system of pipelines, a distillation column (2) with 20 plates, connected to a distillation cube (1), a rectification column (3) with 33 plates, equipped with a dephlegmator (4); a condenser (5); a refrigerator (6) for the ester-aldehyde fraction, a refrigerator (9) for the rectified alcohol and a refrigerator (13) for the fusel oil. The installation also includes a reservoir (8) for the ester-aldehyde fraction, reservoirs (11) for the collection of ethyl alcohol, a reservoir (14) for the fusel oil, inspection lanterns of the ester-aldehyde fraction and rectified alcohol (7, 10), a pump (12) for phlegm return in the distillation column (2), cocks, and a pressure regulating valve (15).
