Abstract

The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to continuous-action plants for distillation of wines with a high content of sulphurous anhydride.The plant, according to the invention, comprises, connected to each other by pipelines, a distillation column (1), a purification column (9), a wine preheater (8), a primary reflux condenser (3) for wine distillate, a reflux condenser (11) for ester-aldehyde fraction, a refrigerator (13) with a lantern (14) for wine distillate and a refrigerator (12) with a lantern (15) for ester-aldehyde fraction. The plant also comprises a concentration column (2), connected to the primary reflux condenser (3) and to the purification (9) and distillation (1) columns; a separator (4), connected to the distillation column (1) and to the primary reflux condenser (3), which is connected to a secondary reflux condenser (5) for wine distillate, connected to a condenser (6), which, in its turn, is connected to the purification column 9); a desulfitator (10), connected to the distillation (1) and concentration (2) columns.
