Изобретение относится к винодельческой промышленности, а именно к способу десульфитации вина предназначенного для дистилляции.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает введение в вино водной суспензии гидроксида кальция, при постоянном перемешивании, до рН 5,5…6,5, выдерживание полученной смеси, отделение сформировавшегося осадка и фильтрацию.
