Abstract
The invention relates to microbiology and phytopathology, in particular to a nutrient medium for cultivation of Trichoderma lignorum CNMN-FD-14 fungal strain - producer of biopreparation that may be used for biological protection and as plant growth promoter.The nutrient medium, according to the invention, comprises, in g/L: molasses from sugar beet - 20.0; sucrose - 10.0; KH2PO4 - 2.0; MgSO4x7H2O - 1.0; NaNO3 - 2.0; CaCO3 - 2.0 and drinking water - the rest, with pH 5.5…6.0.
