The invention refers to the biotechnology, namely, to the media for Rhizopes arrhizus fungus strain cultivation and may be used for preparation of the pectolytic ferments used in the food, essential-oil bearing industries, etc.Summary of the invention consists in, that the nutrient media for Rhizopus arrhizus fungus strain contains beet pulp, maiz flour, glucose, ammonium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, zinc sulphate and drinking water.As biostimulator the media additionally contain one of coordinative compounds of the bis-dimethylglyoximates Co (III) class of formula [Co(DH)2(Thio)2]3F[SiF6]×1,5H2O or [Co(DH)2 (Thio)2]2 [SiF6]×3H2O, where DH - dimethylglyoximate radical, Thio - thiourea.The result of the invention consists in increasing biosynthesis and pectolytic ferments activity.
