Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la mediile de cultivare a tulpinii de fungi Rhizopus arrhizus şi poate fi utilizată la obţinerea enzimelor pectolitice, aplicate în industria alimentară, eterooleaginoasă etc.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mediile nutritive pentru cultivarea tulpinii de fungi Rhizopus arrhizus conţin borhot de sfeclă, făină de porumb, glucoză, sulfat de amoniu, sulfat de magneziu, sulfat de zinc şi apă potabilă. În calitate de biostimulator mediile conţin suplimentar unul din compuşii coordinativi din clasa bis-dimetilglioximaţilor de Co(III) având formula [Co(DH)2(Thio)2]3F[SiF6]*1,5H2O sau [Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2[SiF6]*3H2O, unde DH este radicalul de dimetilglioximat, iar Thio - tiocarbamida.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea biosintezei şi activităţii enzimelor pectolitice.
