Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la medii nutritive pentru cultivarea tulpinii de fungi Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P şi poate fi aplicată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor pectolitice.Se propun două variante de medii care conţin, g/L apă: borhot de sfeclă 25,0, făină de porumb 15,0, glucoză 1,0, sulfat de amoniu 1,0, sulfat de magneziu 0,7, sulfat de zinc 0,25 şi compus coordinativ 0,01, având pH-ul 6,0, totodată în calitate de compus coordinativ se utilizează conform unei variante [10-amino-3,8-dimetil-1-fenil-6-tiometil-4,5,7-triazaundeca-1,3,5,7,9-pentaen-1-onato(2-)]Ni(II) şi conform altei variante [9-(o-aminofenil)-4-metil-7-tiometil-5,6,8-triazanona-2,4,6,8-tetraen-2-onato(2-)]Cu(II).Rezultatul constă în sporirea biosintezei enzimelor pectolitice şi în reducerea duratei de cultivare a tulpinii.
