Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in particular la medii nutritive pentru cultivarea tulpinii de fungi Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P si poate fi aplicata in industria microbiologica pentru obtinerea enzimelor pectolitice.Se propun doua variante de medii care contin, g/L apa: borhot de sfecla 25,0, faina de porumb 15,0, glucoza 1,0, sulfat de amoniu 1,0, sulfat de magneziu 0,7, sulfat de zinc 0,25 si compus coordinativ 0,01, avand pH-ul 6,0, totodata in calitate de compus coordinativ se utilizeaza conform unei variante[10-amino-3,8-dimetil-1-fenil-6-tiometil-4,5,7-triazaundeca-1,3,5,7,9-pentaen-1-onato(2-)]Ni(II) si conform altei variante[9-(o-aminofenil)-4-metil-7-tiometil-5,6,8-triazanona-2,4,6,8-tetraen-2-onato(2-)]Cu(II).Rezultatul consta in sporirea biosintezei enzimelor pectolitice si in reducerea duratei de cultivare a tulpinii. ŕ
