Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o clasă de compuşi coordinativi pe bază de cobalt şi dimetilglioximă, care pot să-şi găsească aplicare în calitate de stimulatori şi catalizatori în diferite procese biotehnologice şi chimice.Esenţa invenţiei constă în sinteza compusului bioactiv trans-[Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], unde DH- este anionul de dimetilglioximă, iar Thio - tiocarbamida, care posedă proprietăţi de stimulator al creşterii microorganismelor.Analiza roentgenostructurală a acestui compus a relevat o îmbinare neobişnuită a diferitelor tipuri de legături chimice şi interacţiuni nevalente, precum şi o poziţionare a liganzilor, care permite introducerea într-un singur compus chimic individual a trei microelemente - Co, P şi F, necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor microorganisme, în particular a tulpinilor de micromicete din genurile Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium.
