Abstract
Inventia se refera la o clasa de compusi coordinativi pe baza de cobalt si dimetilglioxima, care pot sa-si gaseasca aplicare in calitate de stimulatori si catalizatori in diferite procese biotehnologice si chimice. Esenta inventiei consta in sinteza compusului bioactiv trans-Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], unde DH- este anionul de dimetilglioxima, iar Thio - tiocarbamida, care poseda proprietati de stimulator al cresterii microorganismelor. Analiza roentgenostructurala a acestui compus a relevat o imbinare neobisnuita a diferitelor tipuri de legaturi chimice si interactiuni nevalente, precum si o pozitionare a liganzilor, care permite introducerea intr-un singur compus chimic individual a trei microelemente - Co, P si F, necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor microorganisme, in particular a tulpinilor de micromicete din genurile Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium. ŕ
