Abstract

Inventia se refera la o clasa de compusi coordinativi pe baza de cobalt si dimetilglioxima, care pot sa-si gaseasca aplicare in calitate de stimulatori si catalizatori in diferite procese biotehnologice si chimice. Esenta inventiei consta in sinteza compusului bioactiv trans-Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], unde DH- este anionul de dimetilglioxima, iar Thio - tiocarbamida, care poseda proprietati de stimulator al cresterii microorganismelor. Analiza roentgenostructurala a acestui compus a relevat o imbinare neobisnuita a diferitelor tipuri de legaturi chimice si interactiuni nevalente, precum si o pozitionare a liganzilor, care permite introducerea intr-un singur compus chimic individual a trei microelemente - Co, P si F, necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor microorganisme, in particular a tulpinilor de micromicete din genurile Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium. ŕThe invention relates to a class of coordinating compounds based on cobalt and dimethylglyoxime, which can find application as stimulants and catalysts in different biotechnological and chemical processes. The essence of the invention consists in the synthesis of the trans-Co (DH) 2 (Thio) 2] 2F [PF6] bioactive compound, where DH- is the dimethylglyoxime anion, and Thio - thiocarbamide, which possesses growth enhancing properties of microorganisms. The roentgenostructural analysis of this compound revealed an unusual combination of different types of chemical bonds and invalid interactions, as well as a positioning of the ligands, which allows the introduction into a single individual chemical compound of three microelements - Co, P and F, necessary for the development. some microorganisms, in particular micromycete strains of the genera Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium. à
