Abstract

Inventia se refera la nanobiotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de apreciere a toxicitatii nanoparticulelor pentru microalgesi poate fi utilizata în calitate de parte componenta a sistemelor de monitorizare a calitatii mediului si a inofensivitatii proceselor tehnologice de sinteza si utilizare a nanoparticulelor.Procedeul, conform inventiei, include cultivarea microalgei rosii Porphyridium cruentum timp de 6 ore pe mediu nutritiv, cu adaugarea peste o ora dupa inocularea microalgei a nanoparticulelor în diferite concentratii, dupa care în biomasa algala se determina continutul de dialdehida malonica, totodata sunt considerate toxice concentratiile de nanoparticule care provoaca cresterea continutului de dialdehida malonica în biomasa.
