Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a compatible, transparent water-containing oil with which transparency can be maintained when water and oil are mixed, and for the method, a device for producing a compatible, transparent water-containing oil. This method comprises the following: an aeration step for aeration of an object-of-treatment solution (27) in which are present processed water (49), which is water having a negative oxidation-reduction potential, and at least one oil (55) selected from mineral oils and plant oils; a filtration step for filtering the aerated object-of-treatment solution (27); and an addition step for adding an amine compound to any of the object-of-treatment solution during the aeration step, the object-of-treatment solution after the aeration step but before the filtration step, the object-of-treatment solution during the filtration step, and the object-of-treatment solution after the filtration step. This device is a device for producing a compatible, transparent water-containing oil, is a device for the method, and comprises aeration means (2) for performing aeration, filtration means (3) for performing filtration, and amine compound addition means (7) for adding amine.
