Abstract

Invenţia se referă la nanobiotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de apreciere a toxicităţii nanoparticulelor pentru microalgeşi poate fi utilizată în calitate de parte componentă a sistemelor de monitorizare a calităţii mediului şi a inofensivităţii proceselor tehnologice de sinteză şi utilizare a nanoparticulelor.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include cultivarea microalgei roşii Porphyridium cruentum timp de 6 ore pe mediu nutritiv, cu adăugarea peste o oră după inocularea microalgei a nanoparticulelor în diferite concentraţii, după care în biomasa algală se determină conţinutul de dialdehidă malonică, totodată sunt considerate toxice concentraţiile de nanoparticule care provoacă creşterea conţinutului de dialdehidă malonică în biomasă.
