Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, si anume la un procedeu de fabricare a vinurilor efervescente. Procedeul, conform inventiei, prevede pregatirea si tratarea vinurilor materie prima, impregnarea cu dioxid de carbon de origine endogena sau exogena, in doua etape consecutive, cu dezoxigenarea concomitenta a acestora, pastrarea si tratarea optionala in rezervoare sub presiune, precum si conditionarea si imbutelierea izobarica a vinurilor gata. Totodata impregnarea cu dioxid de carbon la prima etapa se efectueaza in rezervoare unidirectional deschise la presiunea hidrostatica a vinurilor materie prima din ele pana la saturatie. Dupa aceasta, prin partea de jos a rezervorului, tot volumul vinului materie prima sau o parte a acestuia se transvazeaza izobaric intr-un rezervor ermetic, in care se efectueaza impregnarea cu dioxid de carbon la etapa a doua, la o presiune excesiva a acestuia, pana la atingerea unei presiuni corespunzatoare categoriei de vin cu introducerea optionala in rezervorul unidirectional deschis a vinului materie prima pentru compensarea cantitatii transvazate.The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to a process for the production of sparkling wines.
