Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a strain of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae used to obtain β-glucans.It is proposed a strain of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae deposited in the National Collection of Nonpathogenic Microorganisms of the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology of the ASM under the number CNMN-Y-20 as a source of β-glucans.
