Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to a nutrient medium for cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-20 yeast strain and can be used to obtain yeast biomass for the food industry, production of feed additives, pharmaceutical industry and veterinary medicine.The nutrient medium for cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-20 yeast strain contains, per 1 L: ammonium sulphate 3.0 g, magnesium sulphate 0.7 g, sodium chloride 0.5 g, calcium nitride 0.4 g, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.0 g, yeast autolysate 10 ml, molasses 20 g, zinc trichloroacetate chloride 5.0…10 mg and drinking water the rest, having the pH 5.5.The result of the invention consists in increasing the yield of yeast biomass and carbohydrates.
