Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, in special la un procedeu de tratare biochimica a vinasei. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include fotocataliza vinasei la iradierea cu raze ultraviolete cu lungimea de unda de 180…400 nm in doza de 30 J/(cm2 min) cu actiunea concomitenta a ultrasunetului cu o frecventa de 20…40 kHz, intensitate de 1…3 W/cm2, timp de 15…20 min in prezenta a 1,20…8,84 ml de peroxid de hidrogen 33%, 0,02…0,30 g clorura de cobalt (II) si 0,010…0,015 g clorura de fier (III) per litru, precum si fermentarea anaeroba ulterioara.
