Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnica de masurare si poate fi utilizata la turnarea microńonductoarelor sau semiconductoarelor in izolatie de sticla. Instalatia pentru confectionarea microconductorului in izolatie de sticla include un inductor (1) electromagnetic pentru topirea preformei de metal (6) si mentinerea acesteia in stare de suspensie, o carcasa (2) metalica rotativa pentru preluarea microconductorului turnat (3), un tub (4) de sticla, in care este introdusa preforma de metal (6), o sursa de semnal de masurare (7) si un amplificator (8) operational cu intrarile inversoare (-) si neinversoare (+). Instalatia mai include un dispozitiv (12) de reglare a subpresiunii deasupra topiturii de metal (5), un dispozitiv (13) de reglare a campului electromagnetic al inductorului (1) si un dispozitiv (14) de reglare a numarului de rotatii ale carcasei (2), intrarile carora sunt unite cu iesirile unui dispozitiv (15) de dirijare a regimului de turnare a microconductorului (3), o bobina de compensare (16) cu microconductor etalon, o sursa de semnal etalon (19) si un comparator (20) al semnalului.The invention relates to the measurement technique and can be used to mold microconductors or semiconductors in glass insulation.
