Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electrical and electronic measurements and may be used for measuring the linear resistance of the insulated wire.The device comprises a signal generator (1) with the voltage UG1 and the frequency F1, having one output terminal connected to the common wire, the first (4) and the second (3) capacitance contacts, placed in immediate proximity to the insulated wire at a distance L from each other, constituting the length of the measured segment of the insulated wire, as well as an amplifier (6), having its input connected to the first capacitance contact (4). The device additionally comprises a second signal generator (2) with the voltage UG2 and the frequency F2, having one output terminal connected to the second output terminal of the first generator (1) and the second output terminal - to the second capacitance contact (3), a resistor (5) with the resistance R, connected in parallel to the input of the amplifier (6), the first (7) and the second (8) measuring units, each of which consists of a selective filter (10), a detector (11) and a digital-to-analog converter (12), cascadely connected in the indicated order. The input of the selective filter (10) and the output of the digital-to-analog converter (12) constitute respectively the input and the output of each measuring unit (7, 8). Both measuring units (7, 8) have their inputs connected to the output of the amplifier (6). The device also comprises a computing unit (9), having the first and the second inputs connected to the outputs of the first (7) and the second (8) measuring units, correspondingly.
