Abstract

The invention relates to the electrical and electronic measurements and may be used for high-accuracy measurement of resistance of the articles of insulated wire in the technological process of adjustment to nominal value.The device for measuring the resistance of articles of insulated wire in the process of adjustment to nominal value comprises a signal generator (1), an output terminal of which is connected to the first sliding contact (2), a carcass (3) for placement of insulated wire unwound from the adjusted article, a capacitance contact (5) placed adjacently to the insulated wire in the point, separating the insulated wire portion on the carcass (3) from the rest of the insulated wire and connected to the input of an amplifier (6). The device also comprises a phase-sensitive null detector (7) connected with the signal input to the output of the amplifier (6) and with the output - to the input of a null-indicator (8), as well as a negative resistance converter (9), one output terminal of which is connected to the second sliding contact (4), the second output terminal together with the second output terminal of the generator (1) and with the common point of the amplifier (6) - to the common wire, the input contacts - to a controllable resistor (10), and the reference output - to the reference input of the phase-sensitive null detector (7). The first sliding contact (2) is connected to a pole of the adjusted article, the second sliding contact (4) - to the end of the wire, placed on the carcass (3), at the same time the value of the resistance reproduced by the converter (9) is fixed equal to the negative value of the resistance difference of the adjusted element and the nominal value.The result of the invention consists in increasing the resistance measurement accuracy in the technological process of adjustment to nominal value.
