Abstract

The invention relates to electronics, in particular to a process for the manufacture of bifilar microwire.The process for the manufacture of bifilar microwire includes the preliminary manufacture of the blank, containing two vacuum-treated glass ampoules, placed in parallel to each other, mechanically contacting between them, the cavity of the vacuum-treated ampoules is filled with charges of metallic, semimetallic or semiconductor material, the subsequent heating of the blank into a resistance furnace and pulling thereof.
