Abstract

The invention relates to the processing equipment for microwire casting from metal liquid phase, namely to the glass insulation microwire casting.The installation includes a power alternating current generator (1), equipped with a metal melting inductor (2), a mechanism (3) for positioning the metal melt (4), a microwire (6) reception mechanism (5), a power generator (1) control mechanism (9), a metering signal source (10), an amplifier (11). The installation also includes a commutator (12) with two groups of contacts (I) and (II), and as metering signal source (10) is used a current source with the frequency ω with two outputs. The installation is also equipped with standard conductor box (13), a frequency divider (14), an electrode (15), a microprocessor (17) with one input, connected to the output of the amplifier (11), and three outputs A, C and B are connected correspondingly to the control mechanisms (18, 19 and 9), connected correspondingly to the microwire (6) reception mechanism (5), the metal melt (4) positioning mechanism (3) and the power generator (1). The installation is also provided with a slider contact (20), connected to the preform (21), from which the metal melt (4) is formed, and to a terminal of the standard conductor box (13), connected to the fixed contact a of the group of contacts (II), a sliding contact (22), connected to the metal carcass (8) and to the mobile contact c of the group of contacts (I), and a holder (23), wherein it is fixed the preform (21) and the glass tube (24) kinematically joined with the metal melt (4) positioning mechanism (3).
