Abstract
Inventia se refera la masurarile electrice si electronice si poate fi utilizata pentru masurarea cu precizie inalta a rezistentei elementelor din conductor izolat in operatia tehnologica de ajustare la nominal. Dispozitivul pentru masurarea rezistentei elementelor din conductor izolat in procesul ajustarii la nominal contine un generator de semnal (1), conectat cu o borna de iesire la un contact mobil (2), o carcasa (3) pentru amplasarea conductorului izolat debobinat de pe elementul ajustat, un contact capacitiv (5), amplasat adiacent conductorului izolat in punctul care separa portiunea de conductor izolat de pe carcasa (3) de restul conductorului izolat si conectat la intrarea unui amplificator (6). Dispozitivul mai contine un organ de nul (7) comandat in faza, conectat cu intrarea de semnal la iesirea amplificatorului (6) si cu iesirea - la intrarea unui indicator de nul (8), precum si un convertor de rezistenta negativa (9), conectat cu o borna de iesire la al doilea contact mobil (4), cu a doua borna de iesire impreuna cu cea de-a doua borna de iesire a generatorului (1) si cu punctul comun al amplificatorului (6) - la masa, cu bornele de intrare - la un rezistor comandat (10), iar cu iesirea de referinta - la intrarea de referinta a organului de nul (7). Primul contact mobil (2) este conectat la un pol al elementului ajustat, cel de-al doilea contact mobil (4) - la capatul conductorului amplasat pe carcasa (3), totodata valoarea rezistentei reproduse de convertorul (9) se fixeaza egala cu valoarea negativa a diferentei rezistentei elementului ajustat si nominal. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea preciziei de masurare a rezistentei in operatia tehnologica de ajustare la nominal.The invention relates to electrical and electronic measurements and can be used for the high precision measurement of the resistance of the elements of the conductor isolated in the technological operation of nominal adjustment. The device for measuring the resistance of the elements in the insulated conductor in the process of nominal adjustment contains a signal generator (1), connected with an output terminal to a movable contact (2), a housing (3) for the location of the isolated conductor disconnected from the adjusted element. , a capacitive contact (5), located adjacent to the isolated conductor at the point that separates the portion of the isolated conductor from the housing (3) from the rest of the isolated conductor and connected to the input of an amplifier (6). The device also contains a null control (7) in phase, connected with the signal input at the output of the amplifier (6) and with the output - at the input of a null indicator (8), as well as a negative resistance converter (9), connected with an output terminal to the second mobile contact (4), with the second output terminal together with the second output terminal of the generator (1) and with the common point of the amplifier (6) - at the ground, with the input terminals - at a controlled resistor (10), and with the reference output - at the reference input of the null member (7). The first movable contact (2) is connected to a pole of the adjusted element, the second movable contact (4) - at the end of the conductor located on the housing (3), at the same time the value of the resistance reproduced by the converter (9) is fixed equal to the value negative of the difference of the resistance of the adjusted and nominal element. The result of the invention consists in increasing the accuracy of measuring the resistance in the technological operation of nominal adjustment.
