Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la stomatologie si este destinata pentru tratamentul parodontitei migratoare. Metoda de tratament al parodontitei migratoare consta in aceea ca preliminar se inlatura depunerile dentare, se trateaza dintii atacati de carie si complicatiile ei, se schimba plombele care au margini suspendate, se restabilesc punctele de contact, se pregatesc pungile parodontale, se efectueaza interventia chirurgicala cu lambou. Peste 1…2 luni dupa operatie se efectueaza tratamentul ortodontic, care consta in aceea ca mai intai se fixeaza braketele pe suprafata vestibulara a dintilor, se intinde intre ele si molar de fiecare parte o sarma metalica de ligatura, cuprinzand dintii in forma de opt, si se apasa sarma in locurile intersectarii ei. Pe partea linguala a dintilor rotiti si de sprijin se fixeaza braketul sau butonul, totodata elementul fixat de dintele rotit se amplaseaza mai aproape de partea lui, rotita spre partea linguala. In calitate de dinte de sprijin se alege dintele amplasat mai lateral fata de partea dintelui rotita in partea linguala si se fixeaza intre elementele dintilor rotit si de sprijin un modul elastic tieback. Al doilea modul elastic tieback se fixeaza din partea vestibulara cu un capat de braketul dintelui rotit si cu al doilea capat de braketul dintelui amplasat de partea opusa fata de dintele de sprijin. Dupa inchiderea spatiilor interdentare si derotirea dintilor rotiti se efectueaza protezarea, apoi aplicarea unei atele.The invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for the treatment of migratory periodontitis. The method of treatment of the migratory periodontitis consists in the preliminary removal of the dental deposits, treating the teeth attacked by the decay and its complications, changing the leads with suspended edges, restoring the contact points, preparing the periodontal bags, performing the surgery with flap. Over 1 ... 2 months after the operation, the orthodontic treatment is performed, which consists in first fixing the bracelets on the vestibular surface of the teeth, stretching between them and molar on each side a metallic ligature wire, comprising eight shaped teeth, and the wire was pressed in the places of its intersection. On the lingual part of the rotated and supporting teeth the bracelet or button is fixed, at the same time the element fixed by the rotated tooth is placed closer to its side, rotated towards the lingual side. As a supporting tooth, the tooth located more lateral to the part of the tooth rotated in the lingual part is chosen and it is fixed between the elements of the rotated tooth and a elastic tieback module. The second elastic tieback module is fixed from the vestibular side with one end of the rotated tooth brace and the second end of the tooth brace located on the opposite side from the supporting tooth. After the closure of the interdental spaces and the rotation of the rotated teeth, the prosthesis is performed, then the application of a splint.
