Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include obţinerea in vitro a explantelor din fructe de Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot, cultivarea lor pe mediul nutritiv Murashige-Skoog, care conţine suplimentar, mg/L: acid 2,4-diclorfenoxiacetic 2,0; kinetină 0,5; zaharoză 30, având pH 5,7, totodată cultivarea se efectuează la temperatura de 22…24°C, cu fotoperioada zi-noapte respectiv de 16 şi 8 ore.
