Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include obţinerea in vitro a explantelor din fructe de Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot, cultivarea lor pe mediul nutritiv Murashige-Skoog, care conţine suplimentar: acid naftilacetic 3,0…3,5 mg/L; kinetină 0,5 mg/L; zaharoză 60 g/L, având pH 5,7, totodată cultivarea se efectuează la temperatura de 18…22°C, cu fotoperioada zi-noapte respectiv de 16 şi 8 ore.
