Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la proctologie şi chirurgia complicaţiilor cirozei hepatice şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul rectohemoragiilor variceale la bolnavii cu ciroză hepatică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se suturează pediculul vascular la bază, apoi în stratul mucos şi submucos se administrează un polimer biologic format din două componente, care se administrează în cantităţi egale concomitent, şi anume soluţie de fibrinogen de 15…30 mg/ml şi o soluţie, ce conţine trombină 25…100 UI/ml, clorură de calciu 15…30 mmol/ml, adrenalină 0,1…0,3 mg/ml şi aprotinină 250…1000 KIU/ml, cantitatea totală de polimer fiind de 10…20 ml, iar peste 2…5 zile în stratul submucos se administrează 5,0 ml de glunat.
