Abstract

The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a process for producing aged strong alcoholic brandy-type drinks.The alcoholic brandy-type drink comprises grape distillate aged at least 6 months on heat-treated oak stave, sugar syrup, caramel, rectified ethyl alcohol, softened water, tincture of nuts in the milky-wax ripeness stage aged at least 6 months on heat-treated oak stave, the components being taken in the following ratio, vol. % :the grape distillate and nut tincture ageing being carried out on oak stave heat-treated at different temperatures: 45…50% at 115…125°C during 10…15 days, 35…40% at 145…155°C during 8…12 hours, 10…15% at 1260…165°C during 1…2 hours; the nut tincture is obtained by nut maceration in the milky-wax ripeness stage on grape distillate in two stages: on the first stage the maceration is carried out in the ratio of 1:10 and on the second stage in the ratio of 1:5.
