Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie si poate fi utilizata pentru micropropagarea plantelor de Rhodiola rosea L. in vitro. Procedeul include cultivarea minirizomilor si a explantelor de pe minirizomi, obtinute din mugurii axilari pe mediul nutritiv agarizat Murashige-Skoog, ce contine suplimentar carbune activat in cantitate de 1200 mg/l, avand pH 6,5, la o temperatura de 26°C si umiditatea relativa a aerului de 70% cu o fotoperioada de 16 ore si intensitatea iluminarii de 1000 lx. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea coeficientului de multiplicare a plantelor de Rhodiola rosea L, pe baza majorarii intensitatii de formare a lastarilor.
