Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de separare a albastrului de Berlin din deseurile formate in rezultatul demetalizarii vinurilor cu hexacianoferat(II) de potasiu si poate fi utilizata in industria vinicola, la producerea sucurilor si in tehnologia de producere a acidului tartric.Procedeul include diluarea deseurilor cu apa de 2…4 ori, introducerea clorurii de sodiu si a substantei tensioactive in urmatorul raport al componentilor, in g/l:clorura de sodiu 3,00…5,00substanta tensioactiva 0,01…0,05,tratarea lor intr-un electroflotator cu spuma cu anod de grafit si catod punctiform la densitateacurentului catodic de 1…5 A/dm2, cu separarea ulterioara a precipitatului din suspensia apoasa si purificarea lui prin filtrarea si recristalizarea albastrului de Berlin. Totodata, in calitate de substanta tensioactiva poate fi utilizata sarea de sodiu a acizilor grasi superiori, iar recristalizarea albastrului de Berlin din precipitat se produceprin prelucrarea cu hidroxid de sodiu pana la transformarea lui in forma solubila in apa, filtrareasi separarea in solutie acida de sulfat de fier(III).Rezultatul consta in majorarea eficacitatii extragerii cianidelor din deseuri, precum si in micsorarea volumului de munca.
