Abstract

The invention relates to a process for separating the blue from Berlin from the wastes formed as a result of the demetallization of wines with potassium hexacyanoferate (II) and can be used in the wine industry, in the production of juices and in the technology of production of tartaric acid. The process includes dilution of wastes with water 2 ... 4 times, the introduction of sodium chloride and surfactant in the following ratio of the components, in g / l: sodium chloride 3.00 ... 5.00 surfactant 0.01 ... 0.05, treating them in a foam electroflot with graphite anode and a point cathode at the cathodic current density of 1 ... 5 A / dm2, with the subsequent separation of the precipitate from the aqueous suspension and its purification by filtering and recrystallizing the Berlin blue. At the same time, as a surfactant the sodium salt of the higher fatty acids can be used, and the recrystallization of the Berlin blue from the precipitate will be processed by processing with sodium hydroxide until it is transformed into a water soluble form, filtering the separation into acid sulphate solution. iron (III). The result consists in increasing the efficiency of cyanide extraction from waste, as well as in reducing the volume of work.
