Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a hialuronatului de sodiu, acidului hialuronic si complexului acid hialuronic-proteina, care pot fi utilizate in industria alimentara, farmaceutica si cosmetica. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca procedeul include spalarea crestelor de cocosi, gaini cu apa la temperatura de 10...15°C timp de 5...6 ore, maruntirea si deshidratarea lor in acetona sau etanol de 96%, care contine 1% CHCl3, in raport de1:3, dupa care se lasa pentru 6...24 ore la temperatura de 0...4°C, apoi solventul se separa si se efectueaza deshidratarea suplimentara si degresarea cu acetona la fierbere timp de 2 ore, sedimentulobtinut se usuca si se supune extragerii cu solutie apoasa de 1M NaCl in doua stadii: I stadiu la rece la 4...10°C si al II-lea stadiu la incalzire pana la 50...60°C, totodata la I stadiu se efectueaza extragerea in raport de 1:20 de trei ori, se separa reziduul de extract, dupa care se efectueaza sedimentarea acidului hialuronic din extract cu etanol de 96% in raport de 1:3, sedimentul se redizolva si se elimina proteinele din el la incalzire si racire la pH 5,0...5,5, se adauga CHCl3 in raport de 1:1, se separa faza apoasa, se trateaza cu etanol de 96% in raport de 1:3, se separa sedimentulformat de hialuronat de sodiu cu un continut de proteina de cel mult 1%, iar acidul hialuronic se obtine la acidularea cu HCl a solutiei apoase de hialuronat de sodiu; la al II-lea stadiu reziduul obtinut la I stadiu se extrage in raport de 1:3, apoi se sedimenteaza cu acetona obtinand un complex acid hialuronic-proteina cu un continut de proteinade 65%.The invention relates to a process for obtaining sodium hyaluronate, hyaluronic acid and hyaluronic acid-protein complex, which can be used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
