Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a colorantului rosu din materie prima vegetala si poate fi aplicata in industria alimentara si cosmetica. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include maruntirea materiei prime vegetale, extractia colorantului cu solutie apoasa continand 40...50% vol. etanol si 0,5...1,0% masa HCl sau 6% masa acid citric, timp de 2,5 ore, la temperatura camerei, diluarea extractului obtinut cu apa, separarea fazei lichide, tratarea ei cu sulfocationit in H-forma, separarea cationitului de faza lichida, extractia colorantului cu solutie apoasa continand 60...80% vol. etanol si 0,7...1,5% masa HCl la temperatura de 40...50 grade C in conditii dinamice si concentrarea eluatului obtinut prin distilare in vid. ŕ
