Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de tratare a distilatului alcoolic.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include administrarea în distilat a oxidului de calciu în formă de praf în cantitate de 0,5…2,5 doze necesare pentru neutralizarea acidului sulfuros total ce se conţine în distilat, omogenizarea, repausul şi eliminarea precipitatului format.Rezultatul constă în majorarea calităţii distilatului alcoolic tratat şi în diminuarea pierderilor de alcool în procesul tratării.
