Invenţia se refera la optoelectronică, în particular la procedee de obţinere a membranelor perforate ultrasubţiri.Procedeul de obţinere a membranelor perforate ultrasubţiri care constă în faptul că pe una din suprafeţele unui cristal se depune o mască, care este executată în formă de grilă cu orificii amplasate în rânduri cu paşi egali, se implantează ioni de energie înaltă în fiecare orificiu al măştii în patru direcţii şi se decapează electrochimic până la atingerea limitei de percolare a cristalului.
