Abstract
The invention relates to the optoelectronics, in particular to processes for obtaining ultrathin perforated membranes. The process for obtaining ultrathin perforated membranes consists in that onto one of the crystal's faces there is deposited a mask, made in the form of grid with orifices, placed in rows with equal steps, the high-energy ions are implanted into each orifice of the mask in four directions up and it is carried out the electrochemical pickling up to the attainment of the crystal percolation limit.
