Abstract

Invenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în particular la procedee de obţinere a particulelor solide de dimensiuni egale.Procedeul de obţinere a particulelor solide de dimensiuni egale include dezintegrarea cristalului în particule aparte. Noutatea invenţiei constă în faptul că în prealabil pe una din feţele cristalului se depune o mască, care este executată în formă de grilă, orificiile căreia sunt amplasate în rânduri cu paşi egali, apoi se implantează ioni de energie înaltă în fiecare orificiu al măştii în patru direcţii şi se decapează electrochimic până la atingerea limitei de percolare a cristalului.
