Abstract

Invenţia se referă la epurarea apelor reziduale cu concentraţii ridicate de poluanţi organici prin metode electrochimice şi poate fi aplicată în diferite ramuri ale industriei în scopul preîntâmpinării evacuării compuşilor organici în mediul ambiant.Instalaţia pentru epurarea electrochimică a apelor reziduale de impurităţi organice conţine carcasă cu electrolizor cilindric amplasat în interiorul ei, care include un catod confecţionat din material magnetic având în centru o gaură în formă de pâlnie şi fiind unit cu o conductă distributivă de evacuare, şi un anod confecţionat din material diamagnetic, între anod şi catod fiind amplasate nişte corpuri cilindrice din material magnetic, acoperite cu un strat catalitic de oxizi ai metalelor polivalente, în partea exterioară a electrolizorului fiind amplasat un inductor al câmpului electromagnetic rotativ, unit cu un variator electric trifazic; filtru cu umplutură plutitoare inertă; conductă distributivă de evacuare; filtru din granule magnetice sferice, amplasat într-o cameră de presare în partea exterioară a căreia este amplasat un solenoid unit la sursa de curent alternativ, camera de presare fiind unită în partea de jos cu un buncăr cu supape de închidere în partea de sus şi de jos; ştuţ de intrare a apei unit cu un sistem ejector amplasat în partea de jos a electrolizorului; ştuţ de ieşire a apei.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea gradului şi vitezei proceselor de distrucţie a compuşilor organici.
