本发明公开了一种磁选机用漏斗,包括漏斗本体,所述漏斗本体包括基层,所述基层的顶部固定连接有阻尼层,所述阻尼层的顶部固定连接有保护层,所述基层的底部固定连接有防静电层,所述防静电层的底部固定连接有防氧化层,所述防氧化层的底部固定连接有防锈蚀层,所述防锈蚀层的底部固定连接有防腐蚀层,所述防腐蚀层的底部固定连接有隔音层,所述漏斗本体两侧的顶部均固定连接有支撑块。本发明通过设置漏斗本体、基层、阻尼层、保护层、防静电层、防氧化层、防锈蚀层、防腐蚀层、隔音层、支撑块和电磁阀的配合使用,解决了现有的磁选机用漏斗使用寿命短的问题,该磁选机用漏斗,具备使用寿命长的优点,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备组件技术领域,具体为一种磁选机用漏斗。
背景技术
磁选机适用于具有磁性差异物质的分离,磁选机广泛用于资源回收,木材业、矿业、窑业、化学、食品等其他工场,适用于粒度3mm以下的磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿、焙烧矿、钛铁矿等物料的湿式磁选,也用于煤、非金属矿、建材等物料的除铁作业,是产业界使用最广泛的、通用性高的机种之一,磁选机按照磁系来分类可以分为筒式磁选机机、辊式磁选机机和筒辊式磁选机机,漏斗是磁选机中必不可少的结构,现有的磁选机用漏斗使用寿命短,长时间的使用漏斗,物料在漏斗的内腔产生撞击,容易出现破损,影响使用者使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁选机用漏斗,具备使用寿命长的优点,解决了现有的磁选机用漏斗使用寿命短的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种磁选机用漏斗,包括漏斗本体,所述漏斗本体包括基层,所述基层的顶部固定连接有阻尼层,所述阻尼层的顶部固定连接有保护层,所述基层的底部固定连接有防静电层,所述防静电层的底部固定连接有防氧化层,所述防氧化层的底部固定连接有防锈蚀层,所述防锈蚀层的底部固定连接有防腐蚀层,所述防腐蚀层的底部固定连接有隔音层,所述漏斗本体两侧的顶部均固定连接有支撑块,所述漏斗本体的底部套设有电磁阀。
优选的,所述基层采用钢材料制成,所述阻尼层采用沥青阻尼胶浸透的纤维织物或纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述保护层采用丁晴橡胶材料制成,所述防静电层采用抗静电剂材料制成。
优选的,所述防氧化层采用涂矿物性油材料制成,所述防锈蚀层采用防锈油材料制成。
优选的,所述防腐蚀层采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,所述隔音层采用隔声毡材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置漏斗本体、基层、阻尼层、保护层、防静电层、防氧化层、防锈蚀层、防腐蚀层、隔音层、支撑块和电磁阀的配合使用,解决了现有的磁选机用漏斗使用寿命短的问题,该磁选机用漏斗,具备使用寿命长的优点,值得推广。
2、本发明通过设置阻尼层,可以对漏斗本体起到吸声隔音效果,避免物料与漏斗本体产生噪音,通过设置保护层,可以增加漏斗本体的耐磨性、耐油性、耐热性和耐水性,延长漏斗本体的使用寿命,通过设置防静电层,避免漏斗本体与物料产生静电,通过设置防氧化层,避免漏斗本体与空气发生氧化,延长漏斗本体的使用寿命,通过设置防锈蚀层,防止漏斗本体被空气锈蚀,通过设置防腐蚀层,避免空气腐蚀漏斗本体,通过设置隔音层,减少噪音的扩散,通过设置支撑块和电磁阀,方便使用者使用。
