Abstract

Invenţia se referă la substanţele macrolidice, în special la obţinerea compuşilor chimică cu formula comună:în care R1 este CH3, C2H5 sau izo-C3H7; R2 este alchil inferior, iar grupul NOR2 se află în configuraţia E şi OR3 este hidroxi care posedă activitate antigelică şi insecticidă. Sinteza se efectuează prin restabilirea compuşilor formulei 1, în care în locul grupului OR3 se află grupul cetonic, cu ajutorul unui agent capabil să reducă stereoselectiv cetogrupul -5-α hidridului boric de metal alcalin sau hidridul litualcoxil de aluminiu, în primul caz procesul fiind efectuat în mediul dizolvantului - alcanolului la (30)-(+80)°C, iar al doilea caz fiind întrebuinţat eter simplu la temperatura (-78)-0°C. Substanţele noi sunt puţin toxice şi active împotriva căpuşei de păienjeniş, cicadei cartofului, moliei tutunului şi helmitei parazite.
