Invenţia se referă la industria produselor lactate, şi anume la procedee de obţinere a desertului de brânză.Procedeele, conform invenţiei, prevăd amestecarea brânzei de vaci cu unt, zahăr pudră şi pulbere din tescovină de cătină albă, omogenizarea amestecului, modelarea, glazurarea după caz, răcirea, ambalarea şi depozitarea. Totodată, în calitate de ingredient funcţional se utilizează pulberea din tescovină de cătină albă, obţinută după extragerea sucului prin presare la rece, uscată, separată de seminţe şi măcinată.The invention relates to the dairy industry, namely to processes for obtaining cheese dessert. The processes, according to the invention, provide for mixing cottage cheese with butter, powdered sugar and sea buckthorn pomace powder, homogenizing the mixture, shaping, glazing as appropriate, cooling, packaging and storage. At the same time, sea buckthorn pomace powder is used as a functional ingredient, obtained after extracting the juice by cold pressing, dried, separated from the seeds and ground.
