Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria produselor alcoolice, şi anume la procedee de oxigenare a distilatelor în procesul maturarii acestora în vase ermetice mari.Procedeul de oxigenare a distilatului alcoolic la maturarea acestuia într-un rezervor în prezenţa doagelor de stejar, conform invenţiei, include administrarea, prin omogenizare hidrodinamică, a oxigenului gazos în fluxul recirculant a unei părţi de distilat, până la obţinerea unei emulsii opalescente, care se întoarce în rezervor sub doagele de stejar; totodată oxigenul se administrează în cantitate de 50-100 mg/dm3, iar fluxul recirculant de distilat constituie 20-50% din volumul total al acestuia.
