Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a snack-urilor structurate de fructe.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede pregătirea prealabilă a materiei prime, prepararea unei mase de fructe cu o concentraţie a substanţelor uscate solubile de 16…38% prin dozarea şi amestecarea materiei prime pregătite, turnarea masei de fructe pe foi sau palete într-un strat de 2…8 mm, uscarea la o temperatură de 48…62°C până la atingerea activităţii apei de 0,48...0,60 şi răcirea ulterioară până la o temperatură de 25...30°C.
