Abstract
Изобретение относится к молочной промышленности, а именно к способу получения уксусной кислоты из ферментированной сыворотки.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает электролитическую обработку в катодной камере электролизера, со стальным катодом в виде сетки и ионоселективной мембраной, ферментированной сыворотки с pH 3,8...4,7 и содержанием уксусной кислоты не менее 5% масс., с подачей в анодную камеру, с графитовым анодом, 0,1%-ного раствора гидрокарбоната натрия NaHCO3. Процесс электролиза проводится при pH 3,8...11,0 и плотности анодного тока 0,01...0,02 А/см2 , в течение 30...60 мин, с выделением уксусной кислоты из раствора.
