Abstract

The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing the fine and super-fine microwire into the glass insulation. The process consists in, that for manufacturing of the microwire it is choosed the insulation material and microwire metal having close viscosity ratios during melting. The finished microwire is heated and pulled up to obtaining of the super-fine microwire by controlling the pulling force and velocity.The result consists in obtaining a super-fine metallic microwire into the glass super-fine insulation.Claims: 1
