Abstract
The invention relates to the glass insulation cast microwire technology. The purpose of the invention is the increase of the semiconducting material microwire quality that has been for certain reached in the production process.The process foresees the disposition of a vein-generating material weight within a glass pipe, the preheating of it, the melting - down of the pipe together with the weight into the high-frequency field structure, the pressure creation inside the pipe at the expense of the forced air cooling with the inert gas, the microbath formation, the capillary tube extraction therefrom, with a velocity ensuring in the vein crystallization front the values of the electrical active additives distribution coefficients, incoming as components of the microbath not less than 1.
