Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeele electrofizice de prelucrare a materialelor şi poatefi utilizată la prelucrarea suprafeţelor pieselor din materiale conductoare de curent cu scopul schimbării proprietăţilor fizice şi mecanice ale suprafeţelor.Procedeul de aplicare a acoperirilor prin electrorodare, în care impulsurile de curent electric sunt aplicate între electrodul prelucrător şi piesa prelucrată, constă în aceea că electrodul şi piesa contactează neîntrerupt cu maximele rugozităţilor de pe suprafeţele lor, totodată deplasarea liniară a electrodului pe suprafaţa piesei în timpul transferării porţiunii de bază a maselor de eroziune se stabileşte nu mai mult de 2/3 din diametrul craterului de eroziune pe piesă, iar viteza deplasării se scimbă de la 0.05 până la 1 m/s.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în majorarea frecvenţei de aplicare a impulsurilor de curent pentru menţinerea productivităţii înalte fără reglarea sistemului de vibraţie a electrodului, obţinerea posibilităţii de dirijare cu procesele termice şi de eroziune pe electrozi.
