Abstract

Invenţia se referă la regenerarea articolelor uzate din materiale elastomerice vulcanizate cu sulf, cum ar fi anvelopele automobilelor, articolele din cauciuc, îmbrăcămintea rutieră, confecţionate din cauciuc natural sau sintetic, sau din amestecurile lor, vulcanizate prin metode obişnuite cu sulf, în aşa fel încât materialele elastomerice regenerate pot fi utilizate repetat.Esenţa invenţiei constă în deschiderea şi scindarea la temperaturi sub 70°C a legăturilor reţelei vulcanizate a cauciucului uzat, utilizând o compoziţie de scindare a legăturilor cauciucului, formată din unul sau câţiva acceleratori de scindare, activatori, glicol şi, eventual, sulf. Ca rezultat se obţine un material elastomeric folosit pentru revulcanizarea ulterioară. În calitate de acceleratori sunt propuşi tiocarbamaţi sau dialchiltiofosfaţi de zinc, 2-mercaptobenzotiazoli, tiurami, guanidine, sulfenamide, iar în calitate de activatori - oxid de zinc şi/sau acid stearic.Alte obiecte ale invenţiei prezintă o compoziţie de scindare a legăturilor cauciucului bazată pe ingredientele sus-menţionate şi un procedeu de confecţionare a articolelor din elastomer regenerat, care include tratarea la rece, fasonarea şi/sau vulcanizarea. Articolele obţinute posedă proprietăţi fizice şi dinamice îmbunătăţite.Rezultatul tehnic constă în scindarea legăturilor reţelei de vulcanizare la temperaturi sub 70°C sub acţiunea combinată a acceleratorilor şi activatorilor chimici.
